Day 1: Transfer from the airport to the hotel
Upon arrival at Kigali international airport and passing through the immigration process, you will be welcomed by our safari driver who will, brief you shortly and transfer you to the booked accommodation. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2: Kigali City Tour & Transfer to Volcanoes National Park. Travel time +3 hours
Today, after an early morning breakfast, you will check out of the hotel and head to the Nyamirambo Women’s Center for a short walking tour. This experience offers a unique opportunity to learn more about Kigali and its vibrant suburbs from a local perspective. Following the tour, you will enjoy a delicious local cuisine lunch before proceeding to visit the Kigali Genocide Memorial Centre for a reflective and educational experience. Afterward, you will drive to Musanze, where you will spend the night.

Day 3: Golden Monkey trek& transfer to Bwindi: Travel time +2 hrs
Today, after having your early morning breakfast, you will head for a briefing at the park headquarters in Kinigi, where you will join the rest and head for a golden monkey trekking adventure. This is less hectic compared to gorilla trekking and it takes roughly 2 to 4 hours. You will later return for lunch, before you later proceed with a drive to Bwindi through the magnificent route to your booked accommodation to catch up with the late lunch and later spend the rest of the afternoon relaxing and preparing for the next day’s trekking.

Day 4: Gorilla trekking & transfer to Queen Elizabeth NP. Travel time +4hrs
Early morning cup of coffee, then prepare for the briefing from the Uganda wildlife officials and thereafter enter the jungle to search for the shy mountain gorillas and enjoy their lifestyle in their real home. After meeting the gorillas, you can sit around these great apes for a whole hour gazing into their big round eyes. On a gorilla safari, a reasonable degree of fitness is required as well as walking shoes, packed food and mineral water, insect repellent, sunscreen and hut. The gorilla tracking experience takes half or whole day depending on the movement of these primates. After this gorilla tracking experience in Uganda you will have an informative memorable experience in life. In the afternoon, you will be transferred to Queen Elizabeth National Park, one of the most visited parks known for having a diversity of wildlife including the tree climbing lions of the Ishasha sector.

Day 5: Game drive and boat cruise.
Today, after an early morning breakfast, you will set off for a game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park, exploring its diverse wildlife and bird species. During the drive, you may encounter elephants, buffaloes, waterbucks, and a variety of birdlife along the way. After the morning game drive, you will return for lunch before heading out for an afternoon boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, famed for having the highest concentration of hippos in the world. As you cruise, you will also have the chance to spot Nile crocodiles, buffaloes, elephants, and Uganda kobs as they gather along the lakeshore to drink. Later in the day, you will return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 6: Transfer to Kibale Nation Park
After a relaxed morning breakfast, you will checkout of the lodge and be transferred to Kibale National Park, a tropical rain forest known for harboring more than 13 primate species making it to be known as the primate capital of the world including the chimpanzees. You will have a visit to Lake Katwe, where salt mining is done, as you explore the beautiful attractions around. You will have an en route lunch in Fort Portal as you proceed to your booked accommodation.

Day 7: Chimpanzee trekking
Today, after an early morning breakfast, you will be driven to the Kanyanchu Visitor’s Centre for a briefing before your chimpanzee trekking adventure. Kibale National Park, often referred to as the primate capital of the world, is home to over 13 primate species. In addition to the famous chimpanzees, you may encounter grey-cheeked mangabeys, baboons, red colobus monkeys, red-tailed monkeys, bush babies, and more. Following the briefing, you will venture into the forest in search of these fascinating primates. Once located, you will have one unforgettable hour to observe and interact with them in their natural habitat. After the trek, you will return to the lodge for lunch and spend the rest of the afternoon at leisure, relaxing at your lodge. Dinner and overnight will be at the lodge.

Day 8: Drive to Entebbe for departure:time +6hrs
