Day 1: Airport Transfer to Hotel
Upon arrival at Kigali international airport, you will go through custom and immigration, and you will be met by our company guide who will warmly welcome you to the Land of a thousand hills that Rwanda is know of, an later drive to your booked hotel accommodation for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Transfer to Nyungwe National Park. Travel time +5 hours
Early morning enjoy your buffer breakfast and checkout of the hotel and drive heading to the western province, on your way visit the Royal Palace Museum in Southern Province, this will give you a great history of traditional ways of living among Rwandans and their past way of leadership of Kingship with an enroute lunch. You will reach in the afternoon at Nyungwe national park and spend the afternoon at your leisure.

Day 3: Chimpanzee tracking and Canopy walk way
Today, after your early morning cap of African coffee, you will leave your hotel to experience the natural forest of Nyungwe well known for having 13 species of primates, and transferred to the park for briefing and chimpanzee trekking. You will be entitled to one hour on finding the chimpanzees. After doing the chimpanzee trek, head for lunch before heading for a canopy walk. This 70 meters suspended metallic bridge will give you a great overview of Nyungwe forest and on a luck day spot one or two more primates in the forest as you take a walk on this bridge and later return in the afternoon for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Transfer to Volcanoes NP with enroute boat trip in Lake Kivu
After enjoying a relaxed breakfast, you will be transferred to Kibuye. Upon arrival, you will embark on a scenic boat trip to explore the stunning lake and visit one of its beautiful islands, where an array of bird species can be spotted. Following the boat trip, you will enjoy lunch before continuing your journey to Volcanoes National Park. The drive offers breathtaking views of Rwanda’s iconic “Land of a Thousand Hills.” End the day with dinner and an overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 5: Golden monkey trek and transfer to Bwindi via Cyanika boarder. Travel time + 3 hrs

Following the briefing, you will venture into the jungle to track these fascinating primates. Later, you will return for lunch before embarking on a scenic drive to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Renowned for its incredible biodiversity, the park is home to numerous bird species and harbors half of the remaining mountain gorilla population. It is one of the best destinations to observe these endangered gorillas, making it a highlight of any visit. Day 6: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Early morning cup of coffee, then prepare for the gorilla trekking briefing from the park headquarters and thereafter, you will enter the jungle with your packed lunch to search the shy mountain gorillas and enjoy their life style in their real home. After meeting the gorillas, you can sit around these great apes for a whole hour watching their social life as you take pictures. On a gorilla safari, a reasonable degree of fitness is required as well as walking shoes, packed food and mineral water, insect repellent, sun screen and hut. The gorilla tracking experience takes half or whole day depending on the movements of these primates. After this gorilla tracking experience you will return to your lodge for lunch. You will spend the evening relaxing and going through your great shots during your trekking as you wait for overnight stay.

Day 7: Boat trip in Lake Bunyonyi and transfer back to Kigali for City tour
After enjoying a relaxed morning breakfast while taking in the stunning landscape views, you will check out of the lodge and drive to Lake Bunyonyi, renowned as a birding paradise. Here, you will embark on a scenic boat trip across the tranquil waters. Later, you will proceed to Kigali via the Gatuna border, with a stop for an en-route lunch at a convenient restaurant in Kigali. If time permits, you will visit the Kigali Genocide Memorial, a poignant site where over 250,000 victims of the 1994 genocide were laid to rest in a dignified mass burial. Conclude the day with dinner and an overnight stay at the lodge.
